Hellooo sx here!

Omgosh yj, from migrating you went to harvesting cow's milk and link them with besides that?? I tot they were related. Like "harvest milk from the cow" was some kind of proverb. Is happy zoo nice? Mine takes forever to load. Probably my connection is slow. Got to wait for 25th of june for fast connection coz apparently we've been using too much so its getting slower towards the end of the " internet cycle", 25th june is a new start. Haha. This saturday, 3 more days, happyzoo. :)

I got a laptop redi. Its toshiba. So far im happy with it. But my sister's stupid bunny bit my mouse wire!!! :( Arghh. Anw i got an aussie number already. Go check your facebook inbox.

YJ, Its winter here. HAHA. Nevermind i'll keep your advice in mind when spring comes. Sydney is not really that cold, except during the nights. Daytime, its just cooling coz of the sun(but not sunny enough to get you burnt and tanned haha) Anw i went to enrol for my course yesterday. OMGOSH lots of prcs :( Everywhere. Felt so sad after that :( And after seeing my timetable..its even more depressing. I have classes everyday, most of my days end at 3pm. Tuesdays are horrible. I have 8am - 5pm classes with only one hour break :(

OOh my drama time is currently filled up with Burning Flames 3 hehe. I dont like older women dating younger guys dramas..reminds me of kim sam soon. Anw when classes start i dont think i have time for dramas. Feels like jc all over again. :(

Okie i need to prepare stuff for dinner. Im a GREAT cook haha. Tata for now. :D

HELLO EVERYONE. MISS YIJIA IS HERE!!! haha

First of all, sry sry sry for not updating for SOOOOOOOOOOOOO long. I dun really spend a long time on the net. Bascally, it's like spending ard 30-40min of my time facebooking haha. Other than that will be my tuitioning and registration for uni. And the latter is a horrible experience. I have questions regarding my application thingy and the admin staff REFUSE to reply my email=.= FYI, I've sent the email for almost a week! It's really frustrating. And they don't seem to understand my perfect English on phone=.= Seriously. Maybe I should make it local.

Azri, tell me a dat when you can come for the tea!!! haha. I have Jasmine Tea. It's nice.=) But my sis says too much tea will lead to constipation due to caffein in it. ALso, don't think too much about the migration thing. Coz, you may feel unsettled now about the thought of going overseas now, but 10 years later, you may be required to go overseas for work. By then, you may feel all right with the idea of that and when things turn out fine, you may want to settle down. The only advice I can offer you is that people's opinions change. Thinking so many things now doesn't mean it will turn out like the way you thought in the future.
Besides that, you can harvest milk from the cow. I hope you do, if not you will be losing out lots of money hahahaha.

SX, it's surprising that you can drive yourself home. Tell us truthfully: how much did you pay for the damages? haha just kidding k! Hmm glad to hear that you can drive now. I think in Aus you'll need to drive alot. I hope you can get to rent cars there! haha. Maybe you can drive us around in a few years time when we can afford to go there for a holiday;)

Oh ya, how long is your course huh? 3 yrs? Then you can change your own light bulb haha.KP will be useless then. haha. ooo.. you are getting a lap top! My sis says for my course, we won't need to use lab top that much. So i guess I am not buying it.. anyway I don't have the money too! haha. Well I hope you are getting adjusted there.. Remember to put on sun block EVERYDAY. Really. At least over SPF 30+. But i think get a SPF 50+ one. The UV rays over there are strong. Protect yourself from it lehx. Where a cap or hat if possible. Sun block have to be re-applied after every 2 hours. I think the amount to be applied for a leg is about a tablespoon. Then for the face, it is about a teaspoon. Hmm.. that's what I read from the newspaper la haha. Search the web if you want to know more lo. Cox i really can't remember! =p

Seems like I wrote alot hohx. haha Oh! I am recently watching a Taiwanese Drama 'My Queen'. About this woman who is 32 and single. She met this guy who is 8 yrs younger than her and fall for him. Aiya, you know, the typical typical stiry line will have 2 handsome man? SO here comes the next handsome guy who is the woman's ex fiance. He didn't contact the girl for 6 yrs. BLah blah blah and the story goes on. But it's a nice show la. And the guy acting as the ex-fiance is hot! woo! haha but i like the lines that the actors said lo. I think it's a sweet show=) Azri, i think you'll like it. youtube should have the end sub version.. of not go sugoideas.com lo. As for SX.. hmm.. I think she rates a show by looking at the male actors hahaha.

okok tt's all I want to say! buaix guys! And it's 0012 now... so it's already 22/7 so... GOOD MORNING!! oh my! look out for the sun today!!!

AZRI MISKAL REPORTING.

Chew Suen Xin!

Are you playing MyZoo on Facebook? Please tell me that you are, cause it's such a fun game. (: Both Yijia and I are playing it and boy are we hooked. She got me to also play Farmville but I still don't get the game to play it properly. Like the cows simply stand there and stare at me, and I stare at the computer screen.

Though I'm like on a soybean business man. Constantly planting soybeans cause they're cheap and can be harvested in a day. I love games that simply require me to input about five minutes of my time into it. However, MyZoo is super fun! I wish I could play it longerrr, but no. I can only play for five minutes. During early stages, you can only play for five minutes cause you're restricted by monetary issues. Now at my stage, it's cause you've got to wait for the animals to hump and make babies which takes a few days or so.

MyZoo is just amazing. (: I love.

I think that there is an important need for us to maintain this blog. Hahaha, don't ask me where that came from. I suddenly felt like saying it. This is going to be the only avenue for us to keep in touch anyway. It's so sad! Suenxin's no longer going to be in the same country anymore. I just can't seem to accept the fact that she's really heading to Australia.

My parents talked to me about migration. It's been on my mind for extremely long, and I don't know how to get over it. It's just strange, having to think about being in a foreign land and stuff. I suppose that the prospect of being in a country with four seasons is interesting and exciting, but I don't know whether I can do without Singapore. Plus, I'm going to be alone or with my aunt.

Today's going to be a short entry. Will update again soon.

OMG yj the shift work! SHIT man I would have lao sai-ed if I were you..
Ehem ehem azri..i happen to fall into the category of “someone who cannot take it” haha. You guys have absolutely no idea what hell I had to go through even before entering the haunted house at Genting recently.
Even while que-ing up, there’s this really evil looking “ghost” lingering at the entrance..and when he approached us..we started S.C.R.E.A.M.I.N.G like no tomorrow..imagine we haven’t even entered, still out in the open, bright daylight, with LOTS of people around us. And obviously everyone turned when we scream. Quite embarrassing thinking bout it now..but at that time it felt totally necessary to scream. HAHA. Anyway when we entered I was so scared, I just grabbed my friend’s one arm and hid behind her all the way. Poor thing..because her other arm was grabbed by Jocelyn. It was quite funny coz we started singing AJ song to calm ourselves..which turned into a super out of tune Non Mihi So..AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh..lum. Anw the haunted house wasn’t really scary thinking back..its just some ugly heads popping out of windows here and there..and there was one who popped out twice..which was no surprise the 2nd time and Seira was like “I SAW YOU REDI LA HAHAHA”. I would say the most exciting part is the ending. When this mopped head ghost came out and started chasing after us. Screamed like shit and bolted for the exit, leaving those who led the way at first, the last to exit haha.

Oh god one more week to..Australia. And I haven’t packed yet! :( OOH im gonna get a new laptop soon. Toshiba. Tomorrow. And I’m still undecided between a really pretty pink laptop with normal speakers, 200gb..and a uglier one with really good speakers (absolutely essential for watching dramas!) AND 320gb. OH MAN. Its stupid that Toshiba cant design a PINK laptop with good speakers. But looking at its other features..i kinda decided to get the uglier one. -.- Anyway its not really appropriate for an engin student to walk around campus with a PINK laptop..i’m suppose to look really smart and professional to compete with all the PRCS!!

Azri, I have no plans for the future..its just so uncertain this whole course even. Will just have to go by it..and decide when the time comes..which is 4 years from now. GOD seems a long way. But I’m goin to treasure and enjoy what might be my last years of being a student. No prc can stand in my way. (Im not being nationalist here.. no offense intended)

I’ve been driving back from work everyday now hehe..so im feeling more and more confident with my driving skills now! :D The old me who once drove up the divider has truly transformed *applaud applaud* HAHA

Ok I wanted to write more..bt It’ll just be a bore. So tata for now :)

AZRI MISKAL REPORTING.

I don't know whether you are going to believe this but this is the third time that I'm retyping this. I've written three times before this and they refuse to save. If this one doesn't work out, I'm going hope to type something out and posting it on our blog.

Suenxin, POP basically means Passing Out Parade and it occurs after you've completed your Basic Military Training. I don't know what police call theirs but mine is Basic Rescue Training. I'm not disclosing any information about what happens since we're bounded by the law and stuff. But hopefully you get the idea. After completing this training, you undergo this ceremony of POP and then you'll be posted out to various department and divisions around the country and finish the remaining time of NS there. The things you can get vary.

Yijia, I'm so proud that you did not scream with the ghost between you and your friend. I still remember that time when I went to the haunted house at Escape Theme Park and my friend insisted that I accompany her to enter the thing. It was not full of ghosts but full of monsters. Those kind of zombies, frankenstein, et cetera. It was not that scary but my friend started screaming and freaking out. We had to exit by the entrance TWICE because she was so damn scared to move on and stayed at the same spot screaming on and on again. Lesson learnt: do not enter a haunted house with someone who cannot take it. It causes a lot of time wasted, and your ear drums feel as though they're going to shatter.

My work is fine. It's not that bad neither it's all work. There are some who refuses to do any work and chooses to enter the office and sleep the day away but I feel really bad doing that. I mean, it's a total waste of time and we can always sleep at night. I mean, there are times that I'm tired and take some time for shut-eye but to do it for the whole day is just plain wrong. I'd probably turn nocturnal if I did it. Either that, or I'll be extra exhausted cause I slept for so many hours. My department basically educates the public about things related to firefighting and first aid. So we go to various community clubs and factories andt each the people there how to use a basic fire extinguisher and how to dress wounds, that kind of stuff. It may sound interesting to you guys (or it may not) but after a while, it's all boring to me, cause I've seen the lessons so many times.

I really miss being in school with you guys. I was talking to Chenyen a few days back (I don't know whether you guys know her) about school and we were discussing how we missed being in uniforms and going to school, heading for lectures, things like that. It's strange really, how we used to whine and complain about the old school compound and now all we want is go back to Anderson. I think the memories we've had there were wonderful. Despite the fact that there were some shit and all, and sometimes we felt like dying from stress and pressure, but ultimately, I'm thankful that I got to know you guys.

As the days go by, I can't stop but think where we will be in the future. I know that some of my friends tell me that I shouldn't be thinking so much and should instead focus on 'now' but I just can't stop thinking about it. It's like, everything we do now has an indirect impact on the future and because of that, I don't stop thinking. I don't want to worry about my three daily meals, and not being able to support my sister, things like that. Especially with the current economic/financial crisis, I think it reminds all of us how vulnerable we really are, no matter how developed our country is. We're all directly affected by the fluctuations of change. Of course, I choose to focus on the good part, that we'd do what we've always dreamt of doing, like Yijia, doing nursing and me, in teaching. What about you Suenxin? I honestly don't know what kind of jobs you can do in future based on your course. It sounds too cheem for me to visualise. Its even harder for me to imagine Suenxin being in such a complex course. :D Just kidding!

Oooh, what have you guys been up to recently? I mean, asides from tutoring students (for Yijia) and almost crushing into other vehicles (for Ms You-Know-Who) have you guys been doing anything else? I'm quite jealous of the freedom of time that you girls possess while we guys are stuck here, doing paperwork while all of you overtake us by TWO years. However, we don't really have a choice, so I suppose, we got to accept it and moveeeeee on.

YIJIA! You made tea right? I learnt how to make butter cookies and my family and friends said that they're damn nice! :D I'm gonna make some and bring them over to your place and we can have tea and cookies, just like in those Western movies. Hahaha, how wonderful! So classy.

I'm going to miss Suenxin and KP when they move to Australia and London respectively. I mean, it's good that we can still communicate and stuff online, but it's just different. Last time, there's still the chance that we can head over to Malaysia and stuff, but Australia and London is like almost different poles of Earth. ): So disappointing. But nonetheless, I hope that our friendship doesn't change and we remain close. I'm already quite sad that some friendships are already drifting and I hope it doesn't happen to ours. No matter how busy we are, we must try to make an effort to blog at least once per week perhaps? :D

You guys take care. Hope to see you soon Yijia! :D

Hello! YJ here. As promised, I'll write about what happened during my camp.

The camp is actually NUS Nursing Orientation Camp. So, on the first day which is 30 July, I went to Coasta Sands Resort (Pasir Ris) to report. Over there, I paid my camp fee and talked to the first year 1 student. Her name is Eillen (think that's how you spell it haha), but she is not in the same OG as me. haha.

Okok, I'm just being naggy. I shall move on to my OG and what we did that day.

Hmm the theme for my camp is Elements, so my OG name is Lumina, which means light. For the first day, we had amazing race. We took buses and travel in the east part of Singapore. We are not allowed to take trains 'cause the game stations are located at the MRT lines haha. Okays anyways, I met these 2 girls who I can clique to. The first girl is Angeline, the other is Angela. (ooo... haha) Oh, almost forgot to say.. my OG is 4th in place for the amazing race haha

On the second day, ie Wednesday, we had beach games. It is totally messy and disgusting. One of the games requires the OG to form words by lying on a mat spread with a mixture of sand and flour=.= oh great! We got dirtied straight away 'cause that's our first station. Another game requires you to use a pair of chopsticks to pick up ping pong balls in the centre circle and bring it back to your team's hole while tying one of your legs to another friend's or yours. So each team has 3 pairs of chopsticks. My OG used relay to relay the ping pong balls. In the end our team gt 13/20 ping pong balls (i think), haha! The beach games are fun but it's really dirty. All my clothes are soaked wet and with sand sticking on it>.< I had a hard time getting the sand off.

Besides that, we had a cook out on the second day. It's will like a competition. Every OG need to come up with an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. In the end my team won the competition! hehe.

That night, we had something called shift work. We went in with pairs. Because the chalet we are at is 2 stories high, the room on the 2nd floor is used as a psychaitric ward. But the OGLs acting as the patients dressed up as ghosts. Super freaky can! I was initially very tired lo.. then the hunted house thing woke me up haha. The OG mate I'm with, Vivian, is so brave. She sat beside the 'ghost'=.= I had no choice but to sat beside the 'ghost' too. Then the 'ghost' is between us. haha. so hilarious. The 1st 'ghost' asked for a bottle for it's 'baby'. There's no baby. The patient thought she had one. The bottle was on the cupboard in the room, so i went to take it. And.. WTH! There's a 'ghost' on the cupboard and one inside it! THe one inside opened the cupboard door and scratch the cupboard la! I was so worried that she'll grab me=.= Anyway, I gave her an empty bottle and she screamed that the bottle is empty and threw it across the floor. So much for my effort=.=

Next, it's the patient on the cupboard that we went to. She said her Teddy Bear was cold and wanted us to find the bear's pants. The room is disgustingly dark and Vivian and I can't find a SH*T. Then, one of the ghost offered us her light stick. (This yr 2 senior later told us that many didn't dare to take her light stick! haha! they thought she is going to play a prank on them or what. hahahahahahahahahahahaha)Right after Vivian took it, I found the pants=.= Dots. While we were searching, the 1st patient and another patient sitting on the floor keep crawling towards us la=.= I resist my desire to scare them hahahahahaha

Lastly, we were to serve the patient that was sitting on the floor. The one with the lght stick said the patient sitting on her floor took her comb. Well, we are not successful in taking back the comb 'cause half way through, another group came and we were to get out. After that, we proceed to the first floor which is the A&E department. Hmm nth really happen there la. It just makes you feel useless 'cause you don't know what to do hahaha.

On the thrid day, we had more games and a tele-match. For the tele-match, we had to play a game called caterpillar. Wah. That's a killer. My legs, butt, back and arms ached the next day. Even till now, my arms ach like mad haha. I can't scrub my back lo!

Oh, then that night, we had OG performance and mass dance! Everyone is super high that night! haha. After that we had some more games within our OG and some OGLs who are game station masters. Super funny. One of my OGLs bought eyebrow pencils (which she mis-read as 'eyeball pencil')to draw on our face as forfeit. In the end, she is the one that made the most mistakes! haha Her face is so full that we can't find further space to draw. LAUGHS!

I alomost forgot to mention that on the 3rd day, the OGLs revealed to us that there were some fake freshies among us! Out of the 6 OG groups, there are 3 fake freshies. One of them is in our group lo! haha. We were so surprised lo. But the senior is a nice guy la. Very crappy type.

Last day is jux cleaning up. Full stop.

Overall, I think this camp is fun 'cause of the people I am with. I didn't regret going for it 'cause I met some nice people there. Well, I enjoyed it! haha

blog ok!
